    I had 180% on strenght and 20% on elegance
    and i got a pegasus
    i used as materials: Pure forest breath and Mysterious blue conch    ​

    You do increase your chances of obtaining a specific Dream Horse upon using each training material, however it's a chance, the outcome will still be based on RNG.
