Craash

Okay, this is almost my first time posting on the forum so i'll try to be polite
Anyway, I have a problem .. Today, somehow I wanted to make new char so I entered the creating menu.
All my previous chars were Ely n until today I couldn't make an Asmo char ..
Right on this day it was enabled n I created one to buy Marra's Party Dress n transfered it on my sorcerer on Ely side .. Anyway every time I choose him out of all of my chars, my game crashes..
On my PC n' on my friends PC.

Also tried deleting my Asmo templar that I created but the problem remains ..
Did I do something wrong or ? I wanna cooperate so the problem gets solved as soon as it can.
