Crafting: how/what/where?

Hello there

I'm new to this server but not to Aion (coming from retail and taking a break from all QQ). So far I'm enjoying my time here but I have a few questions for you all . I made an SM who is currently lvl 54 and while grinding I found the recipe for Master Hoca Shoes. No, in fact I found that recipe 4 times . The other ones wouldn't drop from those mobs. So I have a few questions:

Do the other recipes drop anywhere? If so, where? Is it possible to craft em at all (can you make the heliotropes?)?

Is it possible to get an attack speed spellbook on this server? I can't farm the Vorpal Tome and every spellbook you can buy with credits have castingspeed. The Darkwater Tome has neither attack nor castingspeed.

What about accessories? Can I craft them as well and if so, where do the recipes drop?

Any help on these issues is greatly appreciated. Thanks in advance ^^

 

You can buy all recipes from an NPC in Primum or Teminon in Reshanta and yes you are able to craft accessories, spellbooks etc. etc as long asyou have the correct mats, Crafting heliotropes works as well though some items were reported bugged and cant be crafted.
