Client Issue Crashes everytime i press start in the launcher

hi, so i have this problem which is everytime i press start in the launcher it loads and when the application pops up that shows the ncsoft logo and the name it suddenly crashes. pls help me fix this asap anyone should reply if they know how to fix this. thank you.

Avoid double posting. Try this Go to your gamezAion folder> Right click> Properties> unstick Read-only> Apply> Apply to all subfolders > OK.
If still didn't work, send to me your teamviewer Id and pw , I will take a look at it.

 

sir primez i tried doing it but everytime i press apply it goes checked again what to do?
when i do it it goes back checked again
btw where can i find my teamviewer id and pw? im new to that kind of stuff

btw about the unstick the read-only thing how do i unstick it permanently? it just goes back everytime i do it. pls help
