    I donated to the server in 2016. I came back and found my Archer is gone. Is there any reimbursement systems taking place? I spent a lot of credit on my bows and a few piece of gear. There's a list it shows on my account. Old Credits.png

    Hello there, your donations were definitely appreciated, but due to exploits from other users, player data was erased ergo the same with your account. However, with the gear you donated before, these are outdated compared to the current gear. If you want to know more about the changes, you can check this link.

    I paid for the gear, Weather it's out dated or not I would like to be reimbursed for it in credit to put towards new gear.

    Well, technically speaking, donations are not purchases. Also, those who donated in the last three (3) months before the server transitioned to 7.0 will be reimbursed. You can try and contact the administrators about this though. Hopefully, you'd get a favored response from them.
