Crit Cap.

Is it 440? So, what if I go beyond that number? I'm asking this because I'd like to try a double-sword assassin!

i dont really know the cap , but i am sure is not 440 on Gamez , thats too low =)!

 

Technically there is a crit cap of 900, but dont go that high.. the crit cap at 900 means you have 50% crit on ABG geared enemies. If you plan to PVE 500 is the cap. 50% is the highest you can go. 440 is the soft cap, but not the max cap

This is what I read from somewhere

440 - 500 crit is only needed for PvE

660+ for PvP

when you reach it, don't bother stacking crit MS, that's a waste.

 

actually, you got it wrong. 500 is the soft cap on crit strike. for PvP though, you got to remember there is strike resist, which is a direct 1:1 ratio to crit strike.

A player can stack up to 386 strike resist, although there are other things, like buffs, etc., that can boost this, but in order to fight any player in PvP with a 50% chance to crit, you need a total of at least 886 crit strike. If you go for PvE, then going over 500 is a waste of manastone sockets.
