Cube expansion

Hello you all,this thread is about cube expansion in Gamez Aion siel after the 2,5 update-

Before we could upgrade all the cubes in poeta-sanctum and last row in tigraki island-

Now seems that all the new chars that i create lack 2 rows-

Any idea how do we expand the 2 last rows? I would like to know how to do it in elyos side-

PS: If its retail-like now,we have to do quests,1 quest in sanctum for 1 row an 1 quest finding the shugo named Vindachinerk and doing few time consuming quests for the last row,if it is indeed like that i would like some confirmation from the staffs and if possible change it to the way it was before,why bother doing such time consuming quests :< And if its not with quests i would like to know how,thanks

 

it seems like the quest for vindachinerk is bug...
