    Here's a logic puzzle:

    A cop was walking past a restaurant when he heard someone scream " No John, not he gun!" He ran inside and saw a doctor, a lawyer, a milkman and a dead body on the floor. He promptly walked over to the milkman and arrested him. He didn't witness the shooting and there was no apparent evidence to prove who shot the person and no one told him who the killer was.

    How did the policeman instantly know it was the milkman?

    1. due to lactose intolerance XD
    2. what would a milk man do in a restaurant??
    3. the lawyer & doctor would not do something pathetic to loose their job.

    I'm not even going to bother putting much thought into this but I'd say, the doctor would rather have the money from fixing him up (I know you said dead body, but you know what I mean xD) and the lawyer would rather have the money from the murder case & trial, so neither of them would have done it.

    edit: I assume the doctor doesn't count as a psychologist?

    Hmm, well what if its not that the lawyer and doctor naturally have to be women, but that "milkman" in itself implies that it is a male. The male being John, of course.

    I know people are already stating that the others are females, but did you consider why they would be females?
