Dark Elf Commander missing?

    Uh yeah so, I went to Balgass Refuge to finish the final part of the 3rd Quest. To my surprise, I didn't see the Dark Elf in there. Waited for 5-10 mins, but it didn't appear. Went there a couple of times to check if the Dark Elf will pop-up.

    Nevermind, I saw it now. You can close this thread now.

    they're configured as GMO, it takes pretty long for them to regen.
