Hmm. Check in the races mod directory in skyrim nexus. I'm sure I saw a race with scaled down size. You'll need UNP body as well, otherwise it won't look like a loli.

On a side note. I forgot how God awful Skyrim looks like without ENBs and High-Res textures.

Pity the game loses some appeal once you've done all the faction content.

 

Could pick up some content mobs or stuff like Battlegrounds (i'm not sure if thats the exact name of the mod) which adds random spawns of groups of mobs all around that will fight each other, spices up a lot of areas once you've already seen all the vanilla content. Theres also hearthfire/dawnguard if you haven't done those, and hopefully dragonborn soon.
