Delayed skills functionality

    Hello .. I would like to point out that Delayed skills´ mechanic is currently "different" that it should be ...

    As it is for now ... the second you finish our casting, dmg Shows up and is calculated according to the state your target was when you finished casting ...
    But the dmg should be calculated After 4 sec delay ...

    Currently ... combo like Sleep then delay Blast works worse then it should, because the delayed blast is affected by Sleep ... It it was fixed, you should be able to cast sleep, dela blast and then break the sleep with f.e flamefusion, this way Delayed blast will do full dmg, currently it doesn t cuz of "wrong dmg alculation at wrong time " ..


    This is not Urgent problem, but would be nice if it was fixed somehow sometimes ...

    HMM in retail im almost sure it worked like it does in gamez now. Like delayed and magma damage is calculated as soon as it hits, so if you used them on someone who is sleep'd or tree'd and it hits 4 sec later when they are awoken, the damage is still affected by the -500 reduction by sleep/roots. So ofc using magma when its not sleep'd or tree'd is better really.
