    Dear Lautaro or Puddles
    I dont want to take your time since there are many other poeple like me with their problem. Yesterday I deleted some of my characters, namely Orbt my clerk and SW Oneloved, and by accident deleted my Awakened Ahserion's Hat. I was wearing it and forgot to check. Is there any possibility to retrieve the item? I just voted for 2 month to buy this itme and it feels kind of painful!

    Hey there,
    I'm sorry to tell you there's no refunds on that kind of problems, that's because you get a message that asks you if you are sure about the deleting of a character. You even get 5-6 mins before it's gone. The worst part is that you have no possible way to show us that the things you are saying are the truth.
    Be more careful next time you delete one.
