Delicate Mandrake quest BUG?

    I am on the Delicate Mandrake quest and when i speak to the NPC he gives me the Mandrake but i cannot give it to Krodis. there is nothing I can click to complete the quest, there are no lines. I tried to relog but no help. SO any Ideas???

    The quest is bugged so you will be unable to complete it unfortunately. To avoid this in the future, I would look under the Quest bug section of the Crystal forum so you know what quests are not working at the moment.
