   and the quest Dissapirign baaster is bugged it dosent give the second quest after Extracting he enchanted weapon!​

   This is client side thing, impossible fix on server side, will be auto fixed with next client updates.
   About quest - game client show u buttons if u good by restrictions, so just be sure u have "show all" icon enabled in quest list and be sure u able to take quest by restrictions. You can check it here: bdocodex.com
