Design: Mikaron's Plate

where can i find this design, "Design: Mikaron's Plate". i searched the designs in Reshanta Handicraft but its not there..

I doubt you will find it in the NPCs with crafting recipies, according to aiondatabase that recipe drops from Indratu Specialist which can be found in Heiron.

its 340p Handicrafting.

i tried killing 'Indratu Specialist' in heiron, but it drops different design...

 

The shield was available I think in some of the special shops so if you seen it on someone they might have gotten it from there, most of the special items so to speak which come from crafting are missing on gamez (recipes) so if it didn't drop from Indratu Specialist maybe it's missing.

 

You can craft it, but I remember some designs were given either on special shop or maybe @ some events.
