Did your Items Disappears too?

First of all, I want to say thanks to GM Selik! Who helped me a lot with the recent problem I'd have in my character!

Second...after months voting finally i put my Miragent set, Tahabata Greatword, Shield and Sword +15, put God Stones on it and finally complete my set, put manastones atack +5 in my weapons and shield and its all ok! Fused my Greatsword with other Tahabata and I was really happy!


But...nothin is for ever -.-'... I was disconnected from the game server and when i back! OMG! I saw all my stuffs back to the original enchantment, my manastones and godstones out of my weapons, my Greatword with no fusion, and the second Greatsword appear in my cube too...the enchantment stones back out of my stuffs...

I tell it to our dear GM Selik, and he tell me that I have too much luck, because I don't lost anything, just have my items back to the original stats and have the enchantment and manastones in my inventary!


Lost about 300kk with suplements to enchant everything back, to put manastones...the first time I spend 300kk too...I was with 617kk before that..and now just 17kk...

Ok...I understand that the Gm's are working in it, and understand that it's just one game, but...one think come in my mind...And if I spend real money in it? And lost everything? And can't take it back!?

Now for sure...I don't wish to donate real money for the server, because I don't know if it will happen again, understand!? And don't know if the Server will give me some suport if I lost everything, even if it's not my mistake!


GM Selik helped a lot, but he can't give back my money and time...and I'm really sad...and I think about people who had lost everything!

I can't do nothin, but I'm here to say what happened with me and to express my disapointment, and to say: Please, think about people who donate real money...think about help this people who lost everything!

I think we have a great Team here, who works a lot in the server, great GMs an all to be the best! But..I think we have a little problems that need to be fix!

PS: I back to my game now...and my stuffs back to the original stats like before! And I don't have money to enchant more with suplements! I'm really sad about it and I can't play with this problems! I take screen shoots of all my equips to show to GMs. All before, with +15 and with manastones and godstones...I really dunno what to do now!

PS 2: I'm back to enchant all my stuffs again, but I lost too much manastones and enchatment stones...because I don't have money to buy suplements...now I can't enchant to +15...I lost time, votes, enchantment stones, manastones...and sorry guys, I can't play in this server anymore! Really sorry...

Hope I can get back my stuffs...all +15...if not, I can't play here...I hate the Infinite Aion server, but never had this problem there and I have no choise to back to play there...

With +15 enchantment and with the orginal stats again...

 

I'm making sure I'm not doing anything yet, untill everything is 100% fixed. Too risky.

Because as I said...lost too many items, time and votes! Man, I'm really angry and sad!

i did arm fusion today and nothing happen i still keep my abg spear + the added bonus of fusing zapiel spear :3 extendable spear is yummy ;3

 

I put in my album the problem i'd have with enchantment...just look there if some one want it!

I think I have some usefull information here!


I back again to the game, after lost the enchantment of my stuffs for three times, to make some tests. This time I enchanted my stuffs again but log out, I'm not exit the game, just log out. After Log in, I saw that my stuffs continued with enchantment...so after I exit the game and back again and it's all fine! I fix the problems with enchantment.

I just log out before exit the game. If you do that, log out, log in and finelly exit the game, when you back your stuffs will be there.

All my problems started after made weaponfusion...now I don't now if I make other fusion, log out, log in and exit the game and come back, my stuffs will be there with out problems...I'm not crazy enought to make it, but I as GM's if possible make some tests!


And, guys...every time that you got some new stuffs, try to do that, log out and log in, better do that than lost more items.

Ok, made other tests here...

DO NOT TRY TO PUT GODSTONES YET! If you do that you will be unable to log out...you will need exit the game and when back you will LOST your Godstone or it will back to your inventary! And you MUST exit the game after log out and log in...if you don't do that you will lost items or it will back to your inventary!

Really hope that this information help most of you! I don't want to you the same that was happened with me!

Thanks for that info, I was planning on selling one of those godstones in the broker, I rather not feel like I scammed a player and get accused of duping.
