Website Issue Didn't receive my donation.

I donated $5 but I didn't receive them on my account. I used Paypal it_****@yahoo.com. To donate I used Gamez BD account number142.

More then 12 hours ago i donated. Did not recieve any cash into my account.
Paypal states i payed and my cc has the cash pending to be deducted.

I bought my cash around 14 hours ago and still haven't received it

Way more then 24 hours have passed since my donation. Is there any news on the issue?

@Minds First time for me it takes longer then a few minutes to be honest. The previous times i donated i got it almost instantly.

 

Nope, you don't have to wait 24 to 48hrs to get your credits! Ive been donating and when you donate the credits will automatically go through your account. This what happened last time, I would say that there’s something wrong with the donation website again. I need my credits before the special weekly restart @Noyah. This is not safe.

Well, it's been 24 hours now since I donated and didn't receive my credits. I'm glad it only was 5$, not a big loss... I guess it has same RNG as Black Desert enhancing system - there is a % that you will fail and not receive your donation credits.

 

ok guys i just got a refund. I tried to donate again to see if it works and YES IT WORKED!

Well still waiting for either my credits or a refund.
If i wake up in the morning without much action i will refund it myself.

 

check your email probably they refunded you and it will take a few days to appear in your statement xd

 

Sadly enough not yet.
No responce on my mails, not on pm and no mails about anything related to a refund.
Paypal still only shows the payment as is my cc.

 

Ok for whoever did take action thanks for the refund. Atleast that part is solved.
Now is there anyone that knows if the actually issue is fixed and donations work again?
