diffrence in gamez staff

i was actually wondering.. what are the big or main diffrences between HAM/SAM/AM?

 

They all server me the SupremeEmperorHAMOverlord whatever of Gamez.

 

The only real difference is how long they've been on staff and what GM commands they have access to.

Thinking about it from a business perspective, AM Trainees are new employees who have just been hired, AM's are normal employees who have been with the company for a while. They have a greater say in things and more power than newer employees, but not by much. SAM's or Senior Aion Masters are equivalent to managers. They've been at the company for a while and know the ropes quite well. They have a lot more leeway and power and are normally trusted with handling bigger issues. HAM's or Head Aion Masters are the top tier. The highest rank a staff member can achieve outside of Admin. These are the most dedicated individuals and would be synonymous with a General Manager of a company. They have the most power of the AM's and are normally in charge of the biggest events/prize giveaways and what not.

Mainly it's just a matter of differences in how long they've been a staff member, how hard working they are, how well they are liked by the population and other staff members, etc.
