    here's my problem.
    ive lost my Items. Elite Principal Plate set(innocent aris remo and vielle pauldron),Elite Arbiter Greatsword(ville remo),Upgraded Spear,Discorant Acce set(crit),WOC2.
    i was not playing for weeks because of busy in school,but when i was going to play again my account get VIP on Febraury 17,2016. i was shocked because i didnt open my account in another comp shop, or any computer. then the Gm @Dimitra asked me if when my account get VIP and what items did they get,she investigate it but she said(solve this with brother) thats all?restore my items and do your job Gm.

    fault?why?i was going to place my items in my new account thhat time. because i cant open my gmail account so i create new one. so it is my fault?thats your opinion?what if this would happen to you @Badrobot ?your not gonna do something to get your items back?!

    You know, while this was answered already by @Purell I do feel the need to say a few things.

    First, while our darling H.GM's do investigate those matters. They have to write a report on it. To which, I look over, and then do a secondary investigation upon. As far as what I find? It can vary from account to account, sometimes I notice things that they may not have. As such, while there are times I will approve the report and findings for restoration that is not the case with others.

    You are saying for them to do their job? They do their volunteer jobs quite well. It takes some time to go through these investigations although some are much faster than others. Your case? Welp, it is actually obvious that the account was shared regardless of what you want to claim or not. That is in consideration of your accounts access logs, and trading logs.

    @Dimitra said what she said as that is what I found from your accounts investigation. Seeing how I have no direct contact with you outside of now or making some obnoxious thread to state the very same which I highly doubt our community would care to read (though I am sure some of them would get a kick out of it and reply in a similar manor as has been.).

    Now. I suggest you talk with your friend to whom you gave access to your account.

    So, in conclusion? While yes, we will assist players and fix their accounts when it is applicable and only with enough proof to support the accounts restoration. Your account in the end is your responsibility (as said above). If at such a time we are able to verify that accounts are accessed by an unknown, then we will assist. If not? The above takes precedent in that you should not share your account information with anyone.

    The only people who will EVER ASK for anything regarding account details (and at that rate, generally AM staff ask for Character Names as we can just look up the account after the fact.) are GamezNetwork Staff (if you need a staff list it is here: Link). The moment you share your account details? You remove any and all responsibility we have in assisting you further.

    I am sorry that due to the logs, this was denied. I cannot and will not authorize restorations of accounts when they are shared, and admitted to be shared. That falls on you, and is your (as said) responsibility to keep your accounts password unknown to everyone and anyone other than yourself.
