    hello guys when i visit the site the apache.com adress is the one whos appearing..does the site under maintenace?

    carl please give us a double vote cause this last few days there are having problems voting and on the website functioning

    the website is up, so far it seems like people in the philipines cant load the main page (get some apache test nonsense) BUT they can load the vote site directly so...
