Does these items really drop?

    I've been looking for these items (Valiance Mote, Protection Mote, Unity Mote, Vigor Mote, Harmony Mote) searching some guides and stuff but when I killed the mob that supposed to drop them, I didnt get anything, so it got me thinking if they really drop or its a bug? if ever they do drop where and what mob will I fight?
    And also the Ancestor's Relic doesnt drop too..
    Please help and Thanks

    tried hunting for those, sadly, they don't drop anymore.
