i don't understand the problem with your donation...if you donated using paypal and you still don't have the credits...then just wait max 2 days...using paypal as payment system can take from 10min to max 2 days...if even after 2 days you still wont have the credits then contact payment staff explaining your situation...

 

If you are a first time donator, it can take up to 24-72 hours, unfortunately. If after 2 days, you still have not received your credits, you may contact Paypal's customer service. If you are still having issues about this after all that, PM me.

 

I used a different payment method can I request a refund on the first transaction? I bought the same amount in a second one using a different card

 

No u cant refund. Yiu will recieve your credits later

 

i'm sure you can't...anyway GamezAion Staff can do nothing about this donations...you will have to contact personally for this kind of questions...

 

Unfortunately, once the credit has been credited to your account, it will not be refunded. However, since you have not received your credits using Paypal payment, you can make an inquiry with Paypal and cancel/dispute the transaction. Did you receive your credits using a different payment method?
