donated and no credits given

Had an admin areyoucrazy tell me it takes 5 min but its been over a hour. First time on a private server. How long till i get credit so i can get vip status?

 

Depends on the method you used. My first donation took over 24+ hours. Every further one I made was instant.

Donations can take up to 48 hours. If you don't receive them in that period, send a message to admin@gamezaion.com

Been more busy these days, just finished my MBA degree and going through interviews at several companies. Getting harder now since most of my country got flooded, including a part of my town. Public transport system is in chaos xd

Where have you and Alente disappeared to? I haven't seen either of you for quite a long time.

 

I used paypal 25$ worth so i could get the vip and try out the server. I have been waiting to get credits before i play. How do i contact there support? is there a email.

Every site has a "Support" option somewhere. You'd just have to look for it, since I'm not familiar with Paypal.

Paypal mostly takes 24 up to 48h

Next time you should try payment methods on the paymentw4ll They are most of the times instant.

Don't worry, they will arive you don't need to contact the support.
