Donating problem?

Sorry but I donated like an hour ago, and I still haven't recieved any credits, does anyone know why this is ? the money has already been charged from my account and the payment's been made and since there was no note, anywhere about how long it would take for credits to be added I thought it was instantly. Have I done something wrong? And how can I transfer Credits from my acc to another?

 

You can't transfer your credits to another account, just buy items with them and then trade those.
And about the time, wait about 2+ hours. That isn't instantly.

 

you'll just wait for Alente or the Staff. or make a Private msg to Alente.

 

Did you try restarting client? Coz it helps too.

yeah, i hate the wait too.. its been nearly 2 hrs since i donate.. still it doesn't reflect on my credits yet... not instant.. donate ,go cook, eat dinner, come back to check. if lucky the credit added, if not the next morning LOL.

 

nothing happened after 13hrs... im a little worried now.

If you don't receive your credits within 24 hours of donating then you will need to contact the company you donated through, either Payment Wall or SuperRewards, and ask them what the holdup is. Chances are your funds have been held for an anti-fraud check and they're looking for some extra details from you.

We have no involvement with your donation at that part of the process so sadly nothing can be done on our end =)
