Donation Problem

So yeah, ummmm, my friend is trying to donate but were unable due to his donation method is using Smartload. Can anyone help please. Thank You.

 

I'd advise your friend to make a forum account on his behalf as it would be much easier for us to communicate.
Note a few points:

• First payments get processed within 12-48 hours (First ever payments take extra time to process)
• We are not in charge of the payments as long as they are still in their first stage

I'd advise your friend to wait a while before they start contacting them, although it'd be best to contact the company/service your friend used to pay, they will be able to track the payment and trace any errors that may have occurred. Otherwise, as I said, we are not in charge of the payments, we only take action if something went wrong from our side.

 

You can use SUPERREWARDS via MOBILE PAYMENT.. There will be an option for you to select your MOBILE SUBSCRIBER..

Note:

• Make sure that you have the exact amount of LOAD (in AIR TIME BALANCE - not "PASALAOD" OFC) + 1peso balance.
• Make sure that the SUBCRIBER SIM that you will be using to donate have not been used yet to any donation method for GAMEZAION. Since every donation transaction have 48hours CD time.
