Donation Problem

Hi, I bought a prepaid card to donate for wings of the circlet and payment wall gave me an error and I didn't received my credits and on top of that they subtracted the $10.00 from my account. I currently have 700 credits from voting this whole week and I still don't see the 1k added to my account. I'm planning on donating $10.00 more to complete my 2k credits donation so fix it please.

Once again you need to contact PaymentWall support, the link to their chat is on the donation page on our site in the PaymentWall section.

99% chance they're having an issue with you, not us.

I lost money in the donation by phone from Zong at 09/05 19:59 to 21:40 (-3GMT), I donate 5 times and was discounted in the phone of my credits 5 times, but only 4 times only received confirmation of donation credits and on site have increased only 4 times
But I don't know how to prove it

 

Donated 43 hours ago using Western Union for 56 USD, sent an email to Carl with confirmation MTCN etc... I still dont have my credits or any informations from him... on the website it says "You should receive your Credits within 12 hours" Well 43 hours passed and I'm still waiting... :devil::devil: !!

click on the "missing credits" link, its ridiculous payment wall. They are asking for a copy of my ID because of a prepaid credit card, is RIDICULOUS now I have to scan my ID tomorrow and if that doesn't work I'ma simply stop donating.

i already did that on paymentwall inquiry but no updates, it just says on hold. carl said it can take 48 hours, hopefully tomorrow
