Dont know what the problem is...

So i dont think that my player is stuck, because i cant even get to the server select/char select screens. When i type in my user/pass it says "You are already logged in. (7)". At first it said my char was still logged when when i checked on the main site. Then i restarted my computer, and it says im not logged in on any of my chars (according to the site) but when i try to log in in-game it still says that im already logged in.

If anyone knows how to fix this little delima please let me know, and this is also happening to my friend.

 

This Can happen if your game crashes or when you just ex out the game and not quit try tyoping in your password like 5 or 6 times thats the only advice i have..thats how i fix it some times

 

Proble is server is down, keep up with the offical server reboot thread and youll find out when it is up.

 

either you go to the website and process an unstuck request, or you log in to another computer and after sucessfully logging in, log out, and then log in to your original computer, it should normally work, but at this time, it won't be working since log in server is down.
