Doom Lure is Broken

    I was raiding inggi today when I noticed something unusual. I could not pull anyone.

    Seems like the new update broke Doom Lure. So I did some testing.

    Doom Lure on Gladiator - Did not pull.
    Doom Lure on Templar - Did not pull.
    Doom Lure on Sorc without Stone Skin buff - Did not pull.
    Doom Lure on Assassin without evade buffs - Did not pull.

    Doom Lure should only be resisted if the skill itself does not do any damage. It will be resisted by buffs like Stone Skin, Focused Evasion, Sorc Illusion buff, Spirit Substitution, Nezekan's Shield or any other shield buff that completely negates damage.

    It will not be resisted by Block!
    It will not be resisted by Magic Resist. Only the slow effect will be resisted.
    It is not a magic skill. Only the slow effect is magic.
