Doubts about registration and servers.

Good evening.
I registered my GameZ BD account through Hotmail / Outlook.
Recently I am wanting to go back to playing and I want to change the password, but no email is coming for me.
I already tried to request "I forgot my password" but no email arrives for me either.

I need to switch the account email to my Gmail. I have the account information (including the current password, but I want to change it), where do I send the password and email exchange request?

I have another question besides that, where I can test my Ping in the EU and NA, has the IP of both servers ??

 

as far as aion goes they already stopped doing email change, not sure if they still cater that kind of request in bd. @Kolka @Noyah

 

If it is not possible to change the email, I need to receive GameZ emails again, because to change the password, I need to receive the confirmation email.
