Downsmash is not working the same as retail​

Bug Description:

I tested downsmash on the valk using the skills Flow:Revelation Sanctus (link: https://bddatabase.net/us/skill/1984/) and the Rablam Divine Slam (link: https://bddatabase.net/us/skill/2815/) on retail and compared it to GAMEZ BDO using the same skill, "Flow: Revelation Sanctus" and the downsmash is not working AT ALL on GAMEZ BDO! I performed the skill several times and was not able to downsmash my oponents on GAMEZ BDO, whereas on retail you can see my opponent getting downsmashed repeatedly, around the 90 percentile. Downsmash on retail is when my opponent either performs a flip while on the ground or slides backwards due to the desync present on the retail server. However, on GAMEZ BDO none of these movements can be observed.

P.S: You can also notice in the links I provided for the description of both downsmash skills, that even in the demonstration gifs the valkyrie is downsmashing its' targets. How to reproduce/proof:

Me performing the skill Flow: Revelation Sanctus (link: https://bddatabase.net/us/skill/1984/) on RETAIL and you can see a noticeable downsmash from my opponent:
