Dream Horse Nightmare​

Bug Description:

The Nightmare horse's dream skills are bugged, along with its ability to learn new skills in a way that makes them usable.
Is there anyway to get a horse reset or something? I was unaware of the bug at the time, but now I see that it's been a long standing thing and it's rather crummy spending so much on a horse you were hoping would be functional.
Horse currently has only 11 skills at level 30.
it mostly learned all the normal horse Special moves, without first learning the prerequisite skills before hand making them useless. and only now through the use of skill change coupons (which really sucks by the way) have I managed to get some usable skills onto said horse.

It has all of the dream horse abilities, I.e, Spirit, Double jump, Glide, and Direction control.
but none of them work.

How to reproduce/proof:

Just buy the horse and try to glide/ level it up a few times.​
