Dreamchikss either hacking or there is a serious bug...

I play on siel and got out looking for solo pvp a lot in ing because I don't like attack of the serg... Anyway I came across these two asmos. one sm and one sors. killed them they killed me and back and forth we went for a while... well I started getting the upperhand killing them both much more then they were killing me, hunting them you might say. So the sm rage quit lol and his buddy the sors and me kept on. Well the last time two times I killed the sors Dreamchikss I got no ap to speak of (the first time this happened 12 ap for the SOLO kill). It annoyed me but I figured something went wrong so I went back to get my ap from him. the next time I solo killed him I did 7995 dam to him killed him with no help from anyone a mob or two att while he ran but got even less ap ( only 8 ap for the kill...). He was giving it before as well as his sm friend. a lot of it 18-20K a kill each check my ap gain today gamez to confirm I only played 45min and gained around 100K from em. I took screen shot of the combat log for proof please tell me how to put it up and I will never uploaded one before. Also this may be a bug but has never happened to me before and other kills giving the right amount of ap so...think maybe it may be a hack as well. thanks again for the help and like I said I have proof of the whole fight in ss I took just need help to upload them. Also this guy was lv 55 red which should mean challenging and lv appropriate to get exp / ap for the kill.
