    Speed hack? He hasn't even moved. And If you are talking about animation hack, IMO he isn't using one, I can see it blurry due to this crap quality of the video.

    I'm not able to gather any evidence by watching this video, probably becaurse of the low quality.
    Remember to use the "In game report section" when you are reporting someone.
