Elyos in Gelk Fort

Just a question here~

I was wondering if it's actually possible for Elyos to get into Gelk fort without abusing bugs. Previously, there was the fly up in aether zone & glide, but is that still possible?

Asking only because I've seen Elyos deity IN Gelk Fort. But whenever I try to fly up high in aether zones, my wings go poof (haven't tested too much).

Are there any rules against Elyos in Gelk Fort if it is a bug?
