Elyos the dominant side?

I've been wondering, why is it that on so many private servers, elyos seem so much stronger than asmo? Both on the server i was on previously, and this one, elyos seem to kick asmos butts most of the times.
Im not interested in starting a war here, im just simply curious why elyos seem to be the stronger/dominant side.

In other mmo's, like WoW for example (horde vs alliance), its usually the "bad guys"/"dark side" who are the most popular. How come it seem to be the opposite here?

And no, im not refering to lore here, its from a pure players vs other players perspective.

Yea, to me in this Server Asmo> Elyos, even though they win a bit more events . And i don't know why people prefer to go elyos first, i guess they compare Asmos = Demons stanists from hell o_o that's kinda retarded

 

Naw, I think cause Elyos are more human like. And is kinda better to customize with. I rather not be a bleached hulk... >_<

 

There are lots of asmo noobs and some pros.

There are lots of elyos pros and little amount of elyos noobs.

The reason for this is because we get 10 hours of practice each day at sanctum dueling and never go out and pvp. This is why asmos are more dominant in pvp but we win in events because we are better but we just never go out to pvp normally. We need an event to go pvp and when we do we rape.

 

when a player thinks about playing Aion.. first they think to become an Angel.. watching trailer make you want to be an Angel..


in WoW players wants to be a dark side/ devils..

their real aims - worshipping satan through consciously enjoying the game.

 

lol start a new char on Lumiel's server, and pick Elyos side. You will feel the depression...

i started as an asmos and got sick of their noobish during raids/pvps and events... they are numbers for no reason they get owned in seconds... then i moved to elyos and they are 24/7 dueling but it pays off when raids/pvps and events come up

 

Sad that u never looked harder for good players

You must be crazy seriously, I've been saying this the whole time I've been here.

I'm an Elyos and I see what the hell happens on this side. Elyos just sit there inside Teminon and duel all day long regardless of what's going on outside. There's very few people that actually do anything. Almost 95% of the time Asmodians own the core, East/West shard.

So I don't know what the hell you're smoking.

When i first started here asmo's were rolled 24/7 by elyos, and now its asmo's who are most active in pvping.
but then again. everytime we raid terminon it goes well first few attacks, but then the zerg groups up and u see a massive big red dot comming towards u lol

 

About why people choose which side i could write psychologic stuff like how the bright, sunny elyos side attracts people who would like to relieve their real-life depression and escape the gloomy-rainy weather. Like myself.

I didn't notice any significant differences between the power of the two races though. Maybe because i only rarely visit the asmo side... BUT i see how elyos prefer dueling instead of hunting asmos which makes me think asmos are better. outy:
