Enchanting items with Omega Stones failure back+0

Was trying to enchant Harvester weapon with omega, when i noticed it goes back to +0 upon failure. Tried with all other weapons which need omega stone as enchant material and it's the same. Aside the fact it takes very low kinah in enchanting, is a real waste of Omega stones...would be better to fix this and making it go to -1 like before. Plus, wouldn't be bad to add Omega Stones (Tempering Solution too, will need to purify ACG set) as reward from BGs or by Box drop (you can always exchange for legendary pvp stones)...
