encountered an error

    well .... after the update of GamezAion i couldnt play Aion via GamezAion anymore , it just keeps saying this:
    Aion encountered an error last time it tried to perform an operation. Repairing may help resolve the issue.
    Error Code: 58 (FileGroupApplicationErrorRollbackNotAttempted):

    Errors occurred while applying the patch,

    and a rollback was not attempted.

    The product is likely in an inconsistent state and should be repaired or reinstalled.

    The patch application errors are as follows:

    Der Verzeichnisname ist ungültig. (Ausnahme von HRESULT: 0x8007010B)

    I tried repair, uninstall ---> reinstall Aion but it didnt help at all ...
    Can someone help?

    Not sure, but your client is setted to north america, and maybe you could use .bat gamez file?
    It could also be just bad bin23, since I got similar error, and replacing my bin helped it
