Resolved Energy is not recovering??

Energy is not recovering??​

Bug Description:

The energy on my alt character, on the same account, is not regenerating. It's been at 3 for about 4 hours now. The only time it started going up was when I actually switched from my main character to that alt character.

I'm pretty sure your energy is suppose to regenerate slowly while you're not playing on a character if you're missing energy. This is messing up with my gathering because I'd like to use both characters for more money.

Is it just me or anyone else??? Something wrong? I just noticed it now, only playing for 2 days.​
