Enhance event revamp

Lets revamp enhance event for fun...during enhance event, whenever you logged in with a different character, you then have a chance to have -30% success rate or 30% success rate added to your failstack chance but the best thing about this is that you will never know which one you get. Then each time you turn premium on or off, the -30% and 30% chance are randomly added to your current rate. This way, enhance event will be like a game of Russian roulette. I garunteed the players will love this idea. Let's spice it up.
