Enhancing/ leveling help

hey I took a long break but now I am back. This was well before the cross from melting costumes, manos equipment, and caphas stones. I am assuming you can make pens much cheaper then buying them with the addition of everything.

Just curious what is the most optimal way to enhance now. Also how to level from 64 to max level. I know about the two exp question in kam and media. Any help is appreciated.

 

25 - around 32 duo
32 - around 43 tri
43 - 50 tet
50 - 65 pen

As for fast lvling i dont know. I leveled 66 while lifeskilling and occasionaly grind
