    Hi! I'm unable to turn this quest in for some reason... It gives lots of EXP and really nice gear. Is there any requirement for it? Or is this a quest that was deleted due to the insane amount of exp? (it doesn't seem to have a requirement in the description)

    If I remember correctly... you can only finish the quest if you choose the Sarpan's Brogans from the reward options. I'm not sure about how you can get the same remodel boots of the armor type that you need but for now you can only get the Chain one from this quest.
