ERRO aion (1024) Failed to Initialize the game

HI GUYS..
I got new prob here.. can help me how to fix it.. :sad:
After i reboot windows XP to windows 7 64Bit than
i download the letest directX from microsoft http://www.microsoft.com/downloads/...38-DB71-4C1B-BC6A-9B6652CD92A3&displaylang=en
after finish download. i start the game i get error 1024... Pls help me how to fix this error.. :crying:

ERROR= aion (1024) Failed to Initialize the game
any can help... how to fix this prob.. inched:

 

Try go to NCSoft Launcher, right-click on Aion;
Select Properties;
Click on "Language Options";
Select the English language pack and unselect German/French if they are checked.

Shud look a lil like this;
