    I am guessing you have already tried downloading and installing Microsoft Visual C++ 2015 Redistributable Package (x64) from here (in case you haven't had it on your computer until now).

    If you had it and still get the issue or didn't help and not even reinstalling your Gamez launcher helped, you will need to use the GamezAION.bat to run the game. Download it from here and put it in your Aion folder, then after dragging it into your desktop, run the bat file! Best of luck!

    Are you sure you are clicking the bat on your desktop to start the game?

    UPDATE: Bat file wasn't moved in the right place.
