essencetapping and aether gathering skill cap

is it possible to go further 499 for essence tapping and aether gathering skills?

i got both on 499 and i thougth i would receive a master test quest or some (i already did expert quests around 400 for both) but somehow, didnt happen and when i push button on masters to "upgrade" it's says i need to complete master test... where to get these master quests? masters NPCs havent no quests.

dont think there is one, im 499 on retail and people told me u cant get higher. and yea ive never seen the tests to go higher. on gamez my char is 549/0 just coz at one point the cap was broken (aka missing) and u could upgrade past 499. it shouldnt happen as far as i know
