Even rewards

So I saw a topic about new event ideas and rewards..first I would like to say..actually send out the rewards first before hosting more events. I have yet to get my rewards from the last 6 events I was in and won in the past 2 months.
Along with this, I think hosting an event that's ONLY for level 30 is decent. reason is because 1) you don't have access to all the stigma skills, hence both stigma trees. 2) it's new and making twinks in retail was always fun, so why not turn this into a pvp event here in gamez?

rewards for this will vary..it depends if it's gunna be RvR in numbers, RvR as 1v1, 1v1 in same faction, etc.
