Can you make an event on Lumiel?........( I thinck I don't need to explain the reasons ).

Of course they can make an event on Lumiel. Why would you ask such a silly question? Do you doubt their abilities to make events? They make events all time time, so they could definitely make an event on Lumiel if they so wanted.

Now what you need to ask is "WILL you make an event on Lumiel?" Also if you ask someone to do something, you shouldn't really thank them until AFTER they do it, because if they say "No", or they do a bad job then you just thanked them for turning you down, or not doing anything useful and pretty much just wasting time. Wait until they say "Yes", and then do the event, before you come back with the thanks.
