Event reward missing :)

    I did yesterday's 20 vs 20 event that (AM)Fynie held. I was on winning team (Elyos), and never received a reward.

    Is there something you have to do in order to claim the reward that I don't know about? Or did the GM just not hand it out?

    Not a big deal if it was an honest mistake, but I want to make sure I'm following right steps to claim rewards for next time, if there is something special that has to be done.

    Usually they send your rewards through mail.
    Sometimes it takes some days,sometimes they do it faster,but you usually get your reward.
    Wait a few days and if you still didnt get it,ask a gm again.
