Event Selectiveness

I'm not entirely sure this is where this thread should go but it isn't really a question... so I guess it's a problem.

I've been playing this server for at least a month and have only been to an event once. I have a few characters of both factions, I level myself and I like to think I play fairly. I've noticed, however, when it comes to events a lot of the same people are getting in and some people, like me, seem to be passed over. I mean, I whisper immediately and say please. I am not a slow typer, out of 50... I should be in the list some where. In fact just today I was with a group of people where someone said they just whispered and were bummed because they thought it would be too late. I had already whispered long before. That person DID go to the event and I did not. I am not trying to rip on the GM's but that sounds clearly unfair to me.

Nothing around here is exactly inexpensive. Especially now that we cant farm and sell Anuhart, I find myself lacking the money to buy potions or items to make the potions myself that I use regularly and without am at quite a disadvantage in pvp.

All I ask is that if you say the first 50 to whisper are going to get in then its not an unreasonable request that you do that. I understand that GM's are people too and I don't expect to go to every event I whisper for, but I feel that at this point it is becoming unfair.

 

It is the first 50 or whatever amount to whisper that they join into the events. A LOT of people play this server so their list of people gets filled really quick. There's people that wait to message the GM and are just as quick as you so the chances can be rare. You just have to trust they're adding correctly

I've been in a few events, but there were also times where I didn't get in. You just have to hope you got it and if not then oh well, try again next time. It's possible that sometimes they could accidently skip names in the list, they are just human. It's a lot of whispers to go through and a lot of spam that happens to them too I'm sure.

 

yay Q.Q.........maybe better if he say : First 50 Person with A-K Name can come to event or wtf? and before he write this... always do a announce like : Its Time to do a 50v50 etc etc so when you see it teleport back to fortress and wait for gm name...

Yes only once and always polite. I know that they have a ton of people whispering them and they are only human. But for real, someone who whispered after me getting in??
