    [Event] Splat Fisher's Fishing Rod​
    Bug Description:
    1. Fishing drops are not doubled, eventhough the game says 2, it is only 1
    2. Fishing Rod does not work everytime, it only works one out of two times    ​
    How to reproduce/proof:

    1. Ice Fishing event not included in game fishing count increase system.
    2. In this version it was same on original game version.
