    [Event] Winter Season Quests​
    Bug Description:
    Unfortunately the last season winter quests, are still accessible but incompletable. There is no frozen lake near Velia.

    Abel the Fisher in Velia, still hands out the Special Fishing harpoons, and has a quest.

    Fughar still has two quests for the special winter event fish as well.    ​
